Midasco, LLC is the premiere specialty infrastructure contractor serving the transportation marketplace in the
Mid-Atlantic and South-Eastern United States. Their expertise is in the construction and maintenance of
highway and airport signing, lighting, traffic signals, intelligent transportation systems (ITS), fiber optic
systems, tolling infrastructure, electrical/ communications systems. As subcontractor scheduler for Midasco,
it is a temporary position where my responsibilities are as follow:
• Create and maintain a Critical Path Method (CPM) master schedule for the entire company.
• Manage and train, personnel in schedule procedures from different platform.
• Work with and report to general managers about the progress of each project and their resources schedule.

Midasco is an essential part of the design-build team of 95 Express Lanes and is responsible for a large scope,
of $80 million project. Midasco's project scope includes installation of highway signing, lighting, toll gantries,
ITS infrastructure, fiber and electrical/communication components. The following are some of many of my
responsibilities:
• Managed and trained, personnel in their task follow quality procedures and policies.
• Able to build a CPM schedule with only plans and specs; and include resources
• Worked with Project Managers ensuring that the superintendents check in with them at the beginning and
end of each day and visits the job sites regularly to promote a team concept and attend regular meeting
with general contractors.
• Read and analyzed incoming memos, submissions, claims, and reports to determine their significance and
plan their distribution. Provide accurate reports for contractor and internal use. Track Earned Value
Management (EVM) data to update CPM monthly schedules
• Ensured that the traffic control plan gets compliance with Maintenance Of Traffic (MOT) requirements
from Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) Technical Requirements (TRs) to request and
coordinate daily MOT closures for the project.
• Managed project scheduling analyzing critical path, float, with and without resources.
• Designed and organized weekly schedules to ensure areas for our crews to work without inconvenience or
delays.
• Maintained communication and great relationship with the general contract, clients, and subcontractors;
and workforce.
• Assisted with Primavera P6 scheduling building a template for the baselines and maintain it on:
· Fiber I95 project from August, 2013 to July, 2014 a $3 million project - Hampton, VA – Approved
by VDOT
· Contract #A39 $3.5 million - Arlington, VA – Approved by VDOT
· I-95 Express Lanes Virginia involves $78 million project, 30 miles long, 2 years duration. Involves
three counties: Fairfax, Prince William, and Stafford County – Approved by Fluor Lane 95

Bridge Carpenter
Design build lump sum ($1.9 billion) with 14 miles of four additional HOT Lanes, over 50 newly constructed
bridges and overpasses, sound walls, retaining walls, wet/dry utilities, and minor concrete work associated
with highway construction.
• Performed various skilled tasks associated with bridge substructure/superstructure construction such as
mechanically stabilized earth (MSE) walls, moment slab, abutments, approach slab, footings, columns,
headers, decks (form, pour, and finish using Bidwell), tie rebar, and assembling steel plate girders.

from drawings and specifications
